Protect Your Skin from the Sun

Sun protection is crucial for long-term skin health and radiance. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 every day, even on cloudy days or when indoors, as UV rays can penetrate through windows. Consider a formula that’s gentle and non-comedogenic to avoid clogging pores. In addition to sunscreen, wearing a hat or seeking shade during peak hours can further protect your skin.
